On Saturday, March 1st, the third edition of Fundable took place in Forlì—an event conceived and organized by Bluegreen Strategy, designed for innovative startups to present their prototypes or demos directly to investors, entrepreneurs, and consultants.

Fundable was created to help startups become investment-ready—both for public funding and private capital—by offering feedback on their development stage, training sessions, and one-to-one consultations with highly qualified service providers specialized in supporting early-stage startups.

The competition took place over a single day, welcoming 45 finalist startups, selected from over 200 applicants. Each startup had the opportunity to pitch its project behind closed doors to a jury of expert evaluators, including successful former startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business angels. Additionally, investors were present at the event, ready to support the participating startups with financial, industrial, and commercial connections, creating real opportunities for investment and partnerships.

The jury was composed of: Alessandro Bortolani, Angela Hornberg, Gabriele Angelucci, Chiara Manicardi, Federico Podavini, Hasan Cara, Mauro Gorini, Fabio Da Tripoli, and Massimo Foschi.

Meanwhile, each startup also had the chance to take part in one-to-one consulting sessions with the following organizations:

Throughout the day, each consulting firm also held workshops focused on key topics from their respective sectors, inviting startups to dive deeper into each subject through individual follow-ups.

The event concluded with the final pitch competition, where the 6 finalist startups presented their projects in front of the entire audience and the jury. The final ranking was as follows:

🥇 1st Place: Biotitan Nanotechnology – developing and producing cutting-edge nanotechnology solutions. The company won €10,000 in services.
🥈 2nd Place: Ponera Group – creator of a smart, modular, and reusable industrial packaging solution that replaces traditional wooden pallets. The company was awarded €7,500 in services.
🥉 3rd Place: Uimei – with the PuffIDO project, an environmentally friendly smart inhaler. The company received €2,500 in services.

A special thank you to IBD, a successful medical startup, for generously providing the venue for the event.

We extend our gratitude to the investors, the jury, and the consultants who participated with enthusiasm and outstanding professionalism.

And above all, thank you to the startups, the true stars of the day—because without your innovative ideas, this event wouldn’t have been such a great success.
